The Mora Family is now the subject of a Venezuelan TV show called "Melvin and Gisel Plus 6," in which viewers gradually grow to despise the family and wish them nothing but ill will, or at least lifelong careers with the Baltimore Orioles.

Orioles reliever Frank Mata gave up a season high 13 runs, including the game winner in the top of the 6th inning, as the Baltimore Orioles company softball team suffered yet another heartbreaking loss to Big Al’s Oil and Heating before a crowd of 11 at the City Of Baltimore Memorial Park. The defeat brings the Orioles current losing streak to 15 games, surpassing the local Subway franchise and Dim Sum Asian Cuisine for longest in league history.

Orioles Honor Jackie Robinson by Not Wearing No. 42

It was 63 years ago that Jackie Robinson suited up for the Brooklyn Dodgers and broke baseball's color barrier. Major League Baseball honored Robinson yesterday by having all of its players suit up in Robinson's No. 42. But the Baltimore Orioles decided to pay their own unique tribute to the American legend.
