Which of last year's non-playoff teams has the best chance to win the Super Bowl?

Bears - don't underestimate Jay Cutler. It would bring a great smirk to his face to ruin another team's Super Bowl dreams.
Chargers - the Chargers always fall well short of expectations. So that means they might win the Super Bowl now that we expect them to lose!
Cowboys - yeah, let's all say they are legit contenders and put a lot of pressure on them because that will make their inevitable failing even more hilarious
Eagles - if Michael Vick doesn't snap in half by Week 2, catch fire by Week 7 or die by Week 17, there's an outside chance they could make a run as a wildcard
Jets - teams with a bad quarterback rarely win a Super Bowl. But TWO bad quarterbacks? No one has tried that before.
Panthers - a Panthers player took out a Super Bowl guarantee ad in a newspaper, meaning they're confident enough to predict a title to 4,000 old people
other - why do polls like this always refer to my favorite team as "other"? This is their year!
