#5 Boris Becker
Becker won six Grand Slam titles during his tennis career including Wimbledon at age 17. Yet he was an avowed red-head. Only Andre Agassi's weave/mullet saved Becker from more hair-related scrutiny during his career.
#4 Shaun White
Sports and red hair
TO THE EXTREME!!!
#3 Red Grange
Grange was a star halfback at the University of Illinois and for the Chicago Bears. Some consider him to be the greatest college football player of all-time. That's debatable. What's not debatable is that nicknames in the old days were much better. Red, Rusty, Red. If you had red hair, the media wasn't going to let you get away with it just because you played in black-and-white. HEY, EVERYONE! THIS GUY OVER HERE IS A GINGER! TAKE A LOOK!
#2 Bill Walton
Walton's NBA career was derailed by injuries, but he dominated college basketball in the early 1970s. Yes, the early '70s when people dropped acid to see crazy things. Or, when they turned on their television to see even crazier things, like a giant in short-shorts with a red perm and headband dunking on everyone.
#1 Blake Griffin
Ha-HA! Take THAT, non-red-heads! Blake Griffin is a ginger and there's nothing you can do about!
