Could you BE any more biased against Philadelphia--without giving one good reason why? Calling Philly's citizens "scum"--and the city itself a "dump"--isn't one iota as funny as the usual stuff on the site. I mean, back it up with something, anything. Tell us how you went to one game, wearing a Cowboys jersey with a Mets hat, and got the crap kicked out of you. Or tell us the truth--you've never been there, and you're going by a lame old stereotype. Like there aren't idiotic fans in other major cities, hello? Chicago = home of the ass who jumped the 1st base coach? Wherever the hell Ohio State is = postgame riots? New York = booing Giambi? Be an equal opportunity city-hater, for Pete Rose's sake.

When you quote a person, even in satire, the quote should be accurate. The quotes you attribute to Fernando Vargas are not accurate. I believe you knew them to be inaccurate and printed them anyway. I have sent a copy of your story to Mr. Vargas's attorney/manager. (Editor’s note: Before you take the time to write something like this, please read up on libel, as this submitter did not. There are a couple of semi-humorous things on here – I liked the Stuart Scott bit – but overall this is a pretty dumb site that will fail miserably.
