What is SportsPickle?
SportsPickle.com is a sports humor, satire and parody site.
SportsPickle has been referenced in more than 100 media outlets and is repeatedly called one of the funniest websites on the web. A SportsPickle book, "The View From The Upper Deck," was published by St. Martin's Press in 2007.
DJ Gallo is SportsPickle's founder and editor. He launched the site out of college in 2001 after writing a satirical sports column for his university paper. He is a frequent guest on national TV and radio shows and is a columnist for ESPN.com's Page 2.
SportsPickle became part of Connected Ventures, LLC in March 2009 and was re-launched in July 2009. At re-launch, the site went daily and began introducing a wider platform of content - a process that will continue indefinitely, including the incorporation of original video.
SportsPickle is awesome.
